Saying Goodbye to MommaDog

Once in a while you get to share your life with a special Old Soul
If you pay close attention They teach you how to make your life whole
Our Mimi was such a dog. She raised my children with patience and love
Always their protector Their friend and companion.
Now she watches over them from above
Her patience never ceased to amaze me, lying still forever as a pillow for a nap
Dressed up for halloween with a kid rock t shirt and a cap
She was gentle and happy to keep the babies off the stairs
The joy of my life inspite of all the dog hair
Mimi is now waiting for me at the rainbow Bridge with all the pets that went before
She was soooo special and I couldn't have loved her more

RIP MOMMADOG

Comment by Heather on September 11, 2009 at 2:08pm: Angel...if you ever have another dog diagnosed with cancer (or any KRC members for that matter), please, please, please, msg me, I have the greatest herb called Artiminisin that helps shrink cancerous tumors, especially bone tumors. I've seen awesome results from it and would love to turn a few more people on to it, for their pets sake!

I know how you feel. She sounded like such a great dog! How are your kids handling it? My kids still miss our dogs that have passed and we still cry over our cat Moby who just died suddenly a few weeks ago.

I almost can't wait to get to that Rainbow Bridge, Jayson always jokes that we are gonna GET TACKLED by all our loved pets who are waiting there for us!

I know I don't care what anyone says Pets are family they will be there when the whole world seems at odds . I had a farm dog named queeny what a dog, you'd tell her go get the cattle and 30 minutes later they would be in a feed pen..sometimes going a mile or so to get them. when there was trouble you could tell just by her posture something was up. as she got older we would follow her to go get them and she would forget where she was going but I think she in her old age would get mad at me and julie for laughing at her. Sorry it was funny one minute a straight line towards the cattle the next she was walking in a circle...she was a pure white mountain shepard. the runt of the bunch.
