- Me. Older, wiser, richer, fatter, bitchier...but mostly, happier than I've ever been.
Music speaks when words can't. And music, literally, is my life. My man and my "local" friends are ALL musicians or the significant other of one. Drums, guitars, amps, mic stands and other equipment have taken over our game room. Weekends aren't complete unless we are at a gig, my guys band or one of our friends. If noone has a show then usually everyone is at our house. The nights usually end up with someone breaking out the accoustic as we sit around the fire pit on the back deck, singing the classics. The grill is lit at least 3-4 times a week and there's always an assortment of beer in the beer fridge out back. Laughter fills the house or yard from all the kids, mine or our friends... The dogs, a Rottie, a Pitt, and a Boxer are just another part of our family. The summer is spent at the lake...again with family and friends. We love trying out new recipe's, working on the house and landscaping.
It was a long, hard, rough road getting to where I'm at. Had to kiss a few nasty frogs before I found my prince but all were lessons learned. I love being in love and really, just being loved. I fucking deserve it dude!
I cuss and drink like a sailer. LOVE to partake, if ya know what I mean. I tell it like it is, regardless. I am the keeper of secrets. I am loyal to only those who deserve it. I keep my friends close and my enemies closer. I am no soccer mom by any means...I choose to keep it real with my children. I wear suits and heels Monday through Friday but slob on the weekends. I seek knowledge from the unknown and will debate only the known. I admit fault when wrong...or proven wrong. I'm an Aries.
Met a hellova lot of awesome people I call friends from all over this country thanks to "The Bob". I miss those days more than any of you could imagine. I hate that we are so far apart...
I don't have a problem being...Miss Understood.

The "EVENT"
So I rented a private PAINTBALL field and invited about 30 of our friends including his best friend from high school who's driving in today. Three hours of paintball warfare!
Oh and the best part is that he has NO freaking idea. It's all a surprise and everyone's in on it.
I am sooooo freaking excited!!!

So while everyone's in the D: Random ~ THE ROAD TRIP Vol. I
OK. Now that that's outta the way...A few weeks ago, me and my guy went on a long and much needed getaway...a road trip to Lousiana (From the heart of Texas).
Road trip rules:
1. No major highways
2. No food at commerial places
3. Good music
