I have to agree, I think his new album is very popish and I've never liked that type of music. There are three songs off the Happy Hour cd that I do however love: Smile, Good To Be Me and Corner Bar. The rest seem to be more popish and have no real meaning except maybe trying to get a laugh out of them. I prefer to listen to the older Uncle Kracker stuff.
See I love the funny stuff. Thats one of the things I love about alot of Paradimes music is the funny stuff. Not all music has to be deep and soulful or rude and mean or angry and powerful. gimmee some silly and funny to make me smile.
omg lmao i love uncle kracker
I like silly and funny, but my personality tends to smile and laugh more at real situations with kids, dogs, family & friends, rather than created or fantasy situations.

That said, I will laugh and smile at some created/fantasy situations if it's believeable. IE: Seinfeld...the only character that made me laugh in that sitcom is Michael Richards. He plays his part so exceptional I can believe he's that stupid! hahaha

I could visualize Kid's expressions and his being ornery when singing 'Frosty The Blowman', which is what made it funny, but it was only funny the first time I heard it...then it's like a joke you've already heard, not so funny the second time.
That's funny. Love Kracker! Dude needs some "buy one, get one" coupons, lol.
