Kid Rock Official Community

Yes, we know he's Kid, and he is on top of the world. So many awards. So many accolades. But, he could use our help as his most devout fans more than ever right now.

He has entered the cutthroat arena of the beer business. Just because he is Kid Rock, he cannot go to anyone and say, "Hey man! I'm Kid Rock, sell my beer. Everyone will love it." It doesn't work that way.

If you are a fan of Kid, what do you do? You go to concerts, you buy his CD's, and you buy his promotional material. Some of you even have tattoos proclaiming you ARE the biggest fan. For some of you, Kid flows through your veins as your own "Devil Without A Cause" comes through in every note he sings. But for the beer business, the likes of Bud, Coors, Miller, Corona, and others own and demand the patriotism of the beer distribution network throughout this country. This means it's a "good old boy" network. Only through intense customer demand does anyone else get in!

This means it is up to us. His premise of a beer for his fans and for the people is awesome! But that means WE have to create the demand. You cannot wait for the beer to just show up at your local grocer or retailer. It simply will not happen. Michigan will be first and the demand is already WAY ahead of expectations. The Midwest is right on top of that with their beer release. Beyond that, we have to demonstrate a nationwide demand that makes EVERY major distributor in the country feel they need to have the beer right now. What a sad state of affairs it will be when so many of your FELLOW Kid Rock fans are enjoying his beer, or talking about it from the concerts, and you cannot have or get any.

So, from here I ask all of you to do just a couple of things to create that demand. First, call a half dozen retailers in your area that sell a lot of beer. Tell them you want Kid Rock's BadAss beer immediately. Insist they call their supplier to get it. If they direct you to a supplier, then call that supplier/distributor and tell them to get it now! The supplier they get it from is Drinks Americas and they can call 203 762 7000 to order it right now.

Next, here are a few more little things you MUST do that will create the most amazing buzz for BadAss Beer.

1. Send a note to everyone in your address book that Kid Rock Beer was "Born on the 4th of July" and it will be awesome. Tell them to call their local beer retailer and demand it immediately.

2. Get on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. Go to your page, and Kid's page on each and tell people about the beer. Tell them Kid needs his "Friends'" help to get it in their town immediately.

3. Find any military sites, beer blogs, news sites, and concert fan sites and let them know Kid Rock beer is available...as an American Beer by the people in the US...and for the people in the US.

4. Buy a T-Shirt...get a T-Shirt. My other heavily read forum post shows you can make up your own T-Shirt to advertise the Kid Rock beer brand. I for one will do the following: Tiger Woods committed Friday to play in a charity Skins Games in August for Notah Begay. Over 50000 Tiger fans will attend for the one day event. I, along with at least FOUR of my friends will be wearing our Kid Rock BadAss T-Shirts to promote Kid's beer. (also on my other thread about the beer labels). The PGA Tour is a huge venue for beer drinkers. Kid and John Daly are friends. You see how easily all this can come together.

First and foremost. Enjoy your holiday. Second, show your true Kid Rock colors by signing on to this task. I know for a fact Kid is watching what we do here. And he certainly will be appreciative of what unfolds here in his own way. Please send me what you do on your own so I can keep track of innovative ways that we make Kid's beer a beer staple in the marketplace.

Now, think about it. I can just imagine a Super Bowl ad with a parody against BUD with Kid Rocks' beer. It won't happen before now. That will definitely happen with the groundswell of support his fans create with the overall US populous demand for this beer. And it could easily be the biggest and most enjoyed ad during the Super Bowl.....

As well as the biggest single beer introduction in the past two decades. That only happens with you!
