Kid Rock will serve as Grand Marshal and headline performer for the 2009 Endymion parade on Feb. 21. That’s according City of Kenner Mayor Ed Muniz, the captain and founder of the more than 2,000-member krewe. Mardi Gras falls on Feb. 24 next year.
